Following MSM09 on Tuesday last week – I was up early on Weds to give a half-day seminar on “Using Social Media to Promote Your Business”, held at the brand shiny new University Campus Suffolk in Ipswich. Around 60 business people crammed into the room to participate in a really fun, interactive session. We had several complete newbies who left the room completely enthused – which is always a huge buzz.

• How Twitter works
• How to use Facebook and Linkedin to promote your business
• How to use photos, videos, articles and presentations to promote your business
